How does buying work

Buyers select a card, complete payment through the platform, and funds remain pending until delivery is confirmed.

How does selling work

Sellers list a card with condition, price, and images. Once purchased, the seller ships the card. Payment is released after buyer confirmation.

What card conditions are supported

Standard TCG conditions: Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, Heavily Played, and Damaged.

Is verification required

Yes. Identity verification is required for all sellers to reduce fraud and ensure secure trading.

What payment methods are supported

Credit or debit card through the Yoco payment gateway. Additional methods, including pay later features, will be added.

How is shipping handled

Shipping uses integrated courier services. Sellers generate a shipping label inside the platform and the shipment is tracked.

Can I track my portfolio

Yes. Sleevr provides a portfolio dashboard that shows purchase price, current value, profit or loss, and historical performance.

Does Sleevr support other TCGs

Currently only Pokémon cards. Additional TCG categories may be added later.

Are there seller fees

Sleevr applies a platform fee per completed sale. The fee amount is shown during listing creation.

How disputes are handled

If a buyer reports an issue with condition or delivery, Sleevr reviews evidence from both parties and resolves the dispute according to platform rules.

Is joining free

Yes. Creating an account and joining the platform is free.

Can I list sealed products

Yes. Sealed Pokémon products can be listed if condition and authenticity are stated.

Can anyone become a seller

No. Sellers must meet certain requirements to ensure quality on the platform. You can apply to become a seller and Sleevr will vet both you and the stock you intend to list. At launch the platform will be limited to a small group of approved sellers to maintain safety and quality
